Chop the 1/4 Head Savoy Cabbage lengthwise so that each of the strands come off of the cabbage clean.
Mix together the 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard, 1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, and 1/8 tsp. of Paprika. You can also add a pinch of salt if you'd like.
