Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ounce bacon cooked and chopped
  • ¼ medium avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon low-carb salsa

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  • Beat the egg in a small bowl so that it's ready.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the egg and evenly sprinkle the parmesan cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Cook until just starting to crisp on the bottom side, then remove from the pan.
  • Place toppings into the cheese tortilla while still warm, then wrap.
  • As it cools, it should harden and become slightly crunchy. Enjoy!
