Instructions
If the can of coconut milk has separated, whisk together until fully incorporated.
In a blender, add the avocado halves, coconut milk, allulose, water, ice cubes, and vanilla bean paste.
Blend until smooth and thick.
To serve, pour the avocado mixture into a glass. You can top with whipped coconut cream if you'd like.
