Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 6 ounces ham steak cooked and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon butter to grease ramekins
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions. Once soft, add garlic to brown.
  • In a bowl, add all of the ingredients together and mix well. Separate mixture into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and serve.
