Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup coconut flour sifted
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and grease pan(s). Then sift the coconut flour into a mixing bowl.
  • Add remaining dry ingredients and whisk.
  • Add eggs, water and vinegar.
  • Stir until batter comes together. It will be thick.
  • Press batter into pan(s) and bake until cooked through, about 40 minutes.
  • Allow bread to cool in pan until just warm, then remove from pan, slice and enjoy.
