- 1 lb. Ground Pork
- 4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ½ tsp. Cardamom
- Zest of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add meat and spices to a pan over high heat. Once slightly cooked, remove from heat and add egg and lemon zest.
Spoon mixture into pie shells and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven, let cool, and serve!
