Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Pork
  • 4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Cardamom
  • Zest of 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Add meat and spices to a pan over high heat. Once slightly cooked, remove from heat and add egg and lemon zest.
  • Spoon mixture into pie shells and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  • Remove from oven, let cool, and serve!
