Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs. Beef Rib Roast
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Let roast stand to room temperature for 60 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all spices together.
  • Place rib roast on to a roasting rack, or inside a casserole dish. Rub roast with spices.
  • Roast for 1 hour in oven. Turn off oven completely and do NOT open the door. Let the roast sit for 3 hours in the oven.
  • 30 - 45 minutes before serving, turn oven back on to 375F.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
