Proscuitto Wrapped Mozzarella with Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ ounce cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce sliced prosciutto
  • 2 ounce mozzarella cheese string cheese

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out individual slices of prosciutto, then lay string cheese over the top.
  • Tightly roll the prosciutto around the mozzarella.
  • Serve together and enjoy!
