Simple, Delicious Guacamole
This makes about 2 cups of guacamole. Per tablespoon, it has 16.56 Calories, 1.41g Fats, 0.48g Net Carbs, and 0.23g Protein.
- 2 whole Hass avocados
- ⅓ medium red onion
- 1 medium jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons pre-made salsa
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ bunch ½-ounce fresh cilantro
Slice avocados in half, take the pitt out, and dice them inside the shell.
Slice red onion thin, dice jalapeno, and slice limes in half.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and lightly mash avocado using a fork while mixing. Squeeze lime juice into bowl.
Coarsely chop a half bunch of cilantro and add to the guacamole. Mix well until everything is combined.
